Diana Onuschak (she/her)
Director of Administration and Community Engagement

Diana is the Director of Administration and Community Engagement at VLJ, overseeing initiatives to provide better services to individuals seeking assistance. Diana is a crucial member of VLJ's leadership team and works with VLJ staff to facilitate programming and support pro bono attorney and non-attorney volunteers.

Prior to joining VLJ, Diana worked at Rutgers University and has substantial experience working and supporting nonprofit organizations throughout the state, with previous work surrounding teen gang recruitment, teen pregnancy, and immigration. Diana also sits on the board of NJ’s Young Nonprofit Professionals Network.

Diana received her BS in Environmental Policy from Rutgers School of Environmental & Biological Sciences, with minors in Women’s Studies and Social Justice. Diana also holds a MNLM degree from Arizona State University's Watts College of Public Service & Community Solutions.
